Yes he is now charging extra for BK and Manhattan locations, I think $200 0r $250???

Other LI locations are extra charges too, FH and I are doing CW Post and its not on his current preferred locations so we have to incur an extra charge.

Yes, I did do it myself. My parents own a Sign a Rama. I do a lot of DIY there

We sent our contract in listing Sunken Meadow for the pics. It was between Long Beach and Sunken Meadow. And since Sunken Meadow seems to have the beach, boardwalk, and a park area, we picked it vs long beach. From the sites listed, we did not want to pay extra, so we just chose the place with the most variety.

I also do not think we are doing them until the summer at some point. We will see!!
