I have been trying to get in touch with them but never hear a response. Has anyone worked with them before? Is this common? I am looking to see what their prices are. If anyone has used them and know what their packages start at that would be greatly appreciated.

have you tried calling or emailing? It doesnt seem like Tom not to get back to someone-- in fact i just spoke to him this morning!!!!!!

i am shocked that he hasnt responded. that is not like him at all...i worked with him and he was the most communicative vendor i had! even now that the wedding is over he has still been in touch with me many times re our album and video if you called him, try emailing him and if you emailed him try calling.

I noticed his site was down the other day because they were fixing it up so I am not sure if the emails and forms might not be linking. But ok I will try calling and emailing again if this is unusual.

Yeah call them. This happened to me with another vendor and they never got my web email.

Never had a problem with him. He responds to emails and phone calls. Try again!
BTW... He has been great to work with so far and I thought his prices were great as well. I love the edge to his pictures :)

That is not like him to not return calls. He actually called me to wish me a merry Christmas and my wedding isn't until April of 13! He is one of my favorite vendors!!!
