How much are you budgeting for this? I'm trying to figure it out now. I found this website which is helpful ( www.trufflesforacause.com ) so i'm trying to figure out how much.
And if your doing a donation AND a small edible favor how much are you budgeting for each?

Re: Those doing donation
We budgeted $6 per person. So after printing of the cards and placeholders (which are also favors), we donated $450.

Re: Those doing donation
i have not budgeted anything. i think we were going to do like 300 towards the foundation but i think its kinda cheap. however then we will be paying for the candy and the candy boxes so i have a feeling those will come out to like $150-200

Re: Those doing donation
we are donating to the American Heart Association in honor of my grandmother and his grandfather.
i have heart shaped favor boxes filled with heart shaped candies in tooling :
the favors themselves cost about $175. [ordered to make 250] .. & the donation we are making will be $500. (about $2/per guest)
so grand total - $675.
ETA: we are doing one favor per guest.. they will be placed at each place setting

Re: Those doing donation
i bought little organza bags that i'm filling with jordan almonds ... total cost was about $0.70 cents per favor for those ... as for the donation, we'll give whatever we can afford ... at least $300 ... hopefully more.
ETA: $300 for a donation is just over $2 per guest

Re: Those doing donation
I went on ebay yesterday and bought small royal blue organza bags to fill with some sort of candy. I got 200 for 13 bucks! I will then attach a donation card to each of the bags. I am trying to save as much as I can on the supplies, because I obviously want as much money as possible going to the donation.
