Those doing Unity Candles...

At the wedding we went to this past weekend, the bride added a nice touch she had seen done elsewhere. The father of the groom and mother of the bride went up to the alter after coming down the aisle and lit the taper candles, which were later used for the unity candle lighting. It`s a great symbol of not only the bride and groom coming together, but of the families coming together as well.

Those doing Unity Candles...

We had our parent(my mom his mom and dad) come up with us--they lit the tapers passed them to us and we lit the unity candle we also had a reading while we were doing this-- if anyone is intersted i will pass it along-- it has already been use in 2 other weddings since ours laura
