Pew bows here too - I don't think dangling tea lights would go over well - we aren't even allowed to have petals, haha.

That's exactly what I wanted to do. But alas my church allows no candles to decorate with.

I did find these pretty flwoer bundles to put on the pews. Check 'em out in my church decor album!

Also, we're doing a monogrammed aisle runner!

ETA: I looooooove your e-pics!

I am doing pew bows, an aisle runner, and petals down the aisle. The church has beautiful floral arrangements on the altar with pin lighting so I won't need to provide any flowers. If I had the money, I would soooo do the church up Platinum Wedding style!

pew bows, some flowers and an aisle runner. Definitely minimalist stuff.

I think my church may have rules against photography inside so I have to check before I consider using flowers for decorating the church.

Pew bows. Our church specifically told us NOT to get flowers because there are always tons of them there already. I'd love petals on the isle but that's not allowed and I'm guessing a runner won't be allowed either. Sadly, our society is sue happy so anything that can cause people to trip, slip, fall is out the window it seems.

Can I ask a stupid question? Who puts the bows on the Pews? Im assuming this gets done the morning of the wedding.

pew bows with flowers in them....thats it...my church will still be decorated for Xmas so it saved me quite a bit of money.

I havent asked the church if we can the lanterns! I hope its not a problem...however, the lanterns in this picture are battery operated, so if I can find something like that, hopefully, it won't be a problem....

P.S. I was wondering the same thing about the pew bows/church decor...who does set that up??
