Those having Easter dinner.....

from what i am told (we're going to my aunt's)

antipasto
stuffed shells
meatballs and sausage
some form of meat

we celebrated today bc we are at my FILs in the Hamptons and we have to go back to NJ tomorrow, but we had spiral ham, asparagus, potato salad and of course made easter bread

Now that sounds good

We're going to start off with shrimp cocktail and cheese and crackers. For the main meal we're having ham and all the fixings that go with it and then we're also having baked ziti, meatballs, sausage and pepperoni.

I can't wait.

sounds like a nice Italian Easter to me , and you're not even Italian!!

We're having some sort of seafood to start which I won't eat.. then lasagna, sausage/meatballs.. then ham, stuffed artichokes, potatoes of some variety..

And lord knows what for dessert.. that usually amounts to one dessert per person.. meaning if there are 8 guests, there will be 8 pies, cakes, pasteries, etc

Geez!!! How many people will be there!!!!

I'm making a Turkey.

Total of four people, only me FH, my dad and brother.

Honey baked Ham
Manicotti
meatballs/brocciole
Ceasar salad
fried brocolli

Just 4 of us, me, DH, BIL and his GF. All the family is back in NY

We're having
turkey breast
stuffing
mashed potatoes
corn
biscuits.

I would have made a spiral ham but I had the turkey that needed to be used so it will be a Thanksgiving Easter for us. We all had Baked Ziti last weekend.


ETA:
and cake that DH made for dessert. Butter yellow cake with milk chocolate icing and probably a big ol glass of milk to wash it down
