those of you who used Camelot

I am very close to booking with them, because I've heard nothing but good things about this company. I just have a couple questions though, to those of you who have experienced them in the past:

Were any of you located in Suffolk County? I'm a little nervous about dealing with a company so far away. I'm wondering if Joe & I can do everything over the phone. Did anybody experience this delema??

Also, what is all included in the limo package? Runner for church? bar? etc?
