You know where to look for mine.
Are you over your limit with pics? Maybe you can ask your photog if it's okay to go over a little.

Maybe if you are over by a few they will let it slide....?
Something I did when narrowing them down was spread them out on the floor in order of the day. Then I weeded out some that were similar, etc. That really helped.

We'll see.... it's just that its a traditional album so there's less images, as opposed to a digital that has more. We've had the proofs in albums, so maybe that laying them out on the floor thing is a good idea. We'll try that!

We're doing a traditional album as well, and I did what Jess did - put them out on the floor and picked. I broke mine up based on the day . . . getting ready, picks at my house, the ceremony, after the ceremony etc. On the first go 'round we picked 102 pics (waaay over our allowance). When we went through those we were able to see which ones were similar and pick and choose the best of those.

You're talking to the QUEEN of going over! I'm over by 200 something picks I think! LOL yeah i won't have my album for a longggggggggggg time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the photographer will ler you go over [they want the $!] BUT, if you have a matted album, they don't suggest going over 80 pictures,because its matted, the book is heavy, ect.
with the soho album [which is mine] or a magazine type style, you can have as many pix as you want, and they'll be fine w/ that

I have a traditional album also, tho it's not finished yet. What I did was take the proofs out that I wanted and put them in their own lil album to give me an idea of how the pro album is going to look when it's done. It also helps to figure out the order since you want certain pics to end up next to each other.

What is the format of your album like? We want a traditional album, but mostly what I have seen are those digital ones...not sure what my options are!
