Re: those round bouquets...
It depends on the flower, try posting on the vendor board to get an idea of each flowers range.

I think they are called pomanders or 'kissing balls'... I'm not sure how much though. I would ask the vendors you considering for flowers.

Yup they are kissing balls soooo pretty!
When my sister wanted to get them for her FGs, the florist warned her that they are 'weapons' they get swung around and people get hit with them if you don't have good girls. Every time I see them I think of that

I was thinking of them for my bridesmaids. Just saw a pic on a recent thread about pink flowers.

Burtons only makes them from silk since real flowers don't hold up. So I am making them by myself. The lady in AC moore in bethpage was really great. She told me all about how to make them, picked out flowers and everything. She could even make them for you.

I was interested in the pomanders too, but my florist told me that they are heavy and I feel bad having my BM carry them around all day, so I decided against it. The silk flowers will probably be lighter.

Maybe do a search I know that someone was having them for their wedding and had a price from the florist.

I think my florist said 75 dollars for one made of roses. I just worried that putting it down would ruin it.

I went on www.afloral.com and they were 2.19 a stem- depending on how many you need, not too bad.

In ac moore they have little hydrangea bunches for 6.00 a stem. But the lady assured me that they are going on sale soon.
