For all those brides who have already had experience with taking lots and lots and lots of pictures, please give your best advice about posing. I know most of you use photo journalistic styles, but deep down were you aware of your body as your pictures were being taken. Advise please on the do's and don'ts. Thank you.

The photographer should pose you most of the time. They'll tell you to tilt your head this way, move your shoulder that way, hold the flowers this way. It's a little weird at first, but i got really comfortable with my photographer and had so much fun taking pictures. They might put you in poses that feel weird, but you have to trust the person looking through the lens. I wouldn't think about it too much, you're going to have so much fun!
edited to say: no gum chewing at all! Especially if you are having a videographer!

they will def guide you. but i told the photographer what i have a problem with remembering when posing my 3 thigns were : my flabby arms, double chin and i slouch so i told him and the video guy that im realllllllllllly going to try but for them to look for it and in case i do any of the above to let me know!!!
