when are you going to take off the veil. After the ceremony? After pictures? or right before you start the reception?

I may keep mine. If not, I will take it off after the reception starts.

I was going to keep mine on the whole time. But if I decide to take it off it will be before the reception.

Re: Those that have veils......
I think I'm going to take mine off at the reception because it's too long to keep on...although I have a 2nd one I can use..but I prefer to not have it on. We'll see.

I took mine off probably before we even made it to the bridal suite after the ceremony!

I took it off half way through the reception. I wanted to leave it on all night but the beading on the veil kept getting stuck on the beading on the dress.

Hey dress twin, that kept happening to me during the ceremony. I had the blusher on and it kept getting stuck on the beading on the front of the dress. Althrought the ceremony on the video I'm fussing with it.

Re: Those that have veils......
During cocktail hour, in the bridal suite at the same time we did the bustle. I had a half updo and had a beautiful hair comb that I got from Barrons right under the veil in the back. So there was still some 'interest' in that area and I didn't have to worry about the veil flinging about while we were dancing and such.

Re: Those that have veils......
I'm not taking mine off. During my hair trial, we realized it would be better to keep it in for the look!! That and it's a pain to take out if I want the curls to stay!
