Those using (or have used) Platinum Video...

He taped our wedding about 2 months ago.....I've since spoke with him about song selections about 2 wks ago.

I finally chose the music we'd like on our video, and I cannot get in touch with Pete!!

I've left 2 voice mails for him, and followed up with an email - early last week and again this past Monday.

Has anyone spoken with him lately? Unless he's on vacation, I'm very dissappointed that he hasn't gotten back to us yet

edited to add: they major reason I'm rushing is b/c I was told the video would be ready by Christmas, and I really want my family to see it while they're here!

I generally found him to be pretty responsive to emails, though I know he's been really busy lately (havn't tried reaching him in a minth or so, so I don't know if he's around). I'm waiting on our dvds but its no rush since we already have the finished video.

Our video took about 5 months to get the final version (and we let him pick all the music). Along the way, I was told it'd be done earlier but kept getting pushed back. Good luck - its worth the wait.

yes, I was very surprised to find out it would be ready by Christmas - but if it won't be, then I should have been told honestly.

I think he has good intentions, he's just a 1 man shop and is getting more and more popular!
