I wanted a halter dress so bad before I started trying them on. When I saw that I actually could pull off a strapless, I went with that.

Hey - my brother's is SO soon - Nov 7th 2004.

The halter dresses are not for that FSIL - its for my FH's brother's fiance!! I have no sisters - but i am getting a ton of sister-in-laws!!! *loL*
