FH & I are going to register in April for our April 2010 wedding.

do you think this is too early??

are there any things you are not allowed to register for??

Definitely not too early to register. We're already registered for our June 2010 wedding.

And no, there's nothing you CAN'T register for.....you can register for anything you want!

You can register for anything you want really!! And you are just about at the one year mark...in my opinion, that is perfect, and I was planning on registering this November which is my one year mark!

i dont think it's too early--im already registered for my july 2010 wedding..we're having our eparty in may so i wanted the registry up before that

my concern is that items may be discountinued before my shower. then we will be forced to pick new things.

you might have to change some things as they're discontinued, but a lot of the bigger things you'll prob put on won't be--the items have been the same for years..

plus for me i like just having everything up there--if i need to do a replacement its easy

We already registered for our April 2010 wedding. We went to a registry even at Macy's. It's not too early, you can start your registry whenever you want. Macy's even allows you to choose if you want people to view your registry yet or not.

If you put something on the registry that you change your mind about down the road, you can always delete it.
