Those who provided or will be providing shuttle service for guests...NEED YOUR HELP ASAP!
Ok...my hotel/direction info needs to be in TODAY. We are debating whether to include the line 'shuttle service will be provided' All of a sudden my fh has told me that he wants to provide a shuttle from the hotel to the church, from the church to the hotel and then from the hotel to the reception and then from the reception back to the hotel.
I perceive this to be a logistical nightmare...what do you all think?

I know that my hall offers shuttle service and we will write a quick note with the hotel cards, however, it seems from your post that you want to pay someone to do this. It seems a bit complicated to me since he wants it to be from both the church and reception hall unless they are all in close proximity to one another.

we are providing a shuttle for our guests too but i'm not going to write it on their direction cards. i'll tell those that will need the transportation by word of mouth or in their bags i make for them that the hotel will give them at check-in.
