I registered there today and have two ?'s..oneI registered around 2:00 in the afternoon, they took they scanner back , said I could print the list when I got home, FH didnt go and I wanted to show him what I registered for...well it after 12:00 am now and its still not showing up? Any ideas why? And two...how do people buy things and have it taken off your registry? When they go to the cashier how is it applied? Thanks

Not sure about your first question. As for #2 - I bought stuff from my friends registry. I printed out the registry at the kiosk in the front of the store which had a bar code on it then went i payed i told the cashier that it was for a registry and she scanned the bar code. I know it came off fairly quickly cause another friend went a few hours later and the stuff i bought was marked off. Hope this helps

I am registered at target too, and I have to say they are not the most organized palce to register. You registry should show up withing twenty four hours. If it doesn't there is a 1800 number on the print out that you got when you registered. Call that number and they will help you! Good luck!

I registered at Target, but to be honest, I think I'm going to remove everything on my list and go somewhere else. My friend had registered there and I walked around the store for over an hour looking for stuff on her registry. They had NOTHING! When I asked for help, the guy said, 'you could always purchase items online'... well, it was a week before her shower, so that wasn't going to happen. Thank goodness she also registered at Macy's. I got lucky there. Word of advice...don't register at just one place.

Thanks...I will cll the # if I need to, didnt realize it was there...registering at Fortuneoff's too, which seems to be better so hopefully it'll work out. I registered at Target for basics like coffeemaker, grill, sheets etc, so that the stuff was 'likely ' to be there.....

I've only had one experience with their registry. One of my good friends registered there and there were some items that wer online 'only'..well, something is wrong with their system because it won't let you purchase things. You fill out every single line and then continue and it brings you right back to the other screen saying you didn't fill out anything!!!! Evidently, there were other friends of hers that had the same problem... I love Target and all, but that experience was extremely frustrating and probably decided for me whether or not to have my registry there
