Nope, DH would shoot me if I even suggested this. Our dog has his own room (yes, he is spoiled) so he sleeps in his room in his crate

Haha, go check out the Pets board on LIF!
But, yes, I do- both of them. They are spoiled rotten! Sometimes I have to kick them off in the middle of the night though- they are bed hogs! 2 75+lbs. dogs and a 6'8' Dh that all want to cuddle with me and I hate cuddling while I sleep!

I have a doggy-in-law. He's an Akita mix 14 yrs old. He's huge there is no way he is sleeping in our bed!
I would not want to encourage future dogs to do so either. I have not owned a dog before so that has something to do with it.

We have 2 dogs. We let the older one sleep on the bed (as long as he stays on top of the comforter). The younger one sleeps in her own bed next to our bed. Our older one got so used to sleeping on our bed that we were unable to kick his a$$ off later on. Now we just deal with him lol

Yes. We have 3 small dogs. 2 sleep on the bed and one loves to sleep under the bed.

No. He literally will not sleep if he is not in the crate.

I have a 90 pound great dane/lab mix.....so NO. Its like having another person in the bed lol. If DH is away on business I let him sleep in the bed, otherwise he has his own bed at the bottom of the bed.
eta: Don't start letting the dog sleep with you as a puppy or else they will never get use to sleeping without you.

Re: Those with dogs ---
i used to let my little dogs (maltese and a yorkie) sleep with us on the bed until we moved in together. It got to the point where they wouldnt let me move in the middle of the night! They would attache themselves to me for heat and woudlnt move an inch and GOD FORBID I SHOULD MOVE!!!!!! they would huff and puff.. I finally had enough and decided to each get them their own little crates and beds and now they love them.

I did yes. I have a 8 pound yorkie and he used to sleep on my head and kick around in his sleep cuz he was dreaming.
He's at my mom's house and now I find it hard to sleep w/o him.

My older one sleeps in the bed with us .. shes so cute. Now the puppy who is usually in her crate will wake up at 4am and I take her to pee and then I'll just keep her with us for the last hour before I have to get up. Shes so tiny ... Love her.

Re: Those with dogs ---
I used to a long time ago when I only had one...
Now I have two plus FH and not nearly a big enough bed...
so we bought them plush beds and placed them next to ours... and every night they come up with us to 'say goodnight' and cuddle.... but when it's lights out.... they go to their beds.
Works well, they then jump up about 730am to 'wake us up!'
