Hello all. My BM will be in her 7th month of pregnancy on my wedding day. I am just going to order her an XL version of my two piece BM dress. Here's the deal..... WHAT size should I get? She's about 5'7' and was always a skinny thing. The dresses go up to size 30. I don't want to get it TOO big. What size do you think would be about safe? I was think 22-26, but I'm not sure.....

JMO but a 2 piece dress might not look right on someone that is pregnant. Does the manufacturer offer maternity dresses?

That's a really good point. Would you post a pic of the dresses?
I have a plus size pg BM. She's wearing a dress in the same color and material as the non-pg BMs, but in a different style.

Actually what you can do is have the store order extra material. My friend got married and her sisiter in law was pregnant (and the dress was 2 pieces) and that is what they did for her.

One of my BM will be 9 months pregnant. She is normally a 2, they ordered her a 12 and an extra yard of material for a maternity panel.

I don't know... I was a skinny little thing before I had my baby. I gained a total of 58 lbs. By my 7th month I had prob. gained 45. I would be cautious and get the largest size. I went from a 2/4 to a tight 14 right after giving birth. So that may give you some idea. And again, that was after I lost the big belly. I say, better safe than sorry. Most don't gain as much as I did but there's no way to predict.
