Thought about this while doing tip budget

Keep in mind for your DJ.. it's more then one person. Depending on your package it's more then 2 people.

You will have...
DJ
MC
Roadies
Lighting Person
Zapshot person

MC generally gets the most, then DJ, zapshot, lighting, then the roadie is the least.. figure $25.

So take that into account when your handing out tips that whatever you give them will be split. If your giving 100 tip then all of the above will only get less then $25.

Random.. just thought about it though lol.

I was all done with my budget and my FH reminded me about tips and adding in these people to eat!!!!! totally messed me up...I had to cut costs in other areas! good tip!

ugh... That's right. I still have to budget in the vendors meals!!

yea......i know it's annoying!!!!!! it's like another 10 people for us....the DJ has a 'crew' with him, we have the video/photographer and trumpeteers!!!
