thoughts on bm colors

So I have an 'ice' theme. I wanted to do a light blue bridesmaid dress, but someone said they thought it would be too 'springy' for my night december wedding. What do you girls think?
eta: tried to put the dress and color pic in but didn't work so here is the link. The color is euro periwinkle by bill levkoff

i mean im not one who believes in colors vs. seasons to be totally honest so i might go for it but if you wanted to do something a little more wintery, could you do a silver maybe with pale blue flowers or pale blue mixed with white flowers

I agree with Lorin...I'm not big on the colors having to match the season. I think you should do what you like. But I don't see why an ice color wouldn't work in December.
