Thank you ladies.

I'll spill. I have to wear this dress as a BM in a wedding (which may or may not take place when it is scheduled, but that is a topic for another day)

I don't really like the dress and felt pregnant-looking in it in the sample which was black. I HATE the gathered front and the tie thingy that makes it look like a maternity wear.

I had no say in it. I said I didn't like it, and the matron of honor said she would wear whatever the bride wanted , so I got stuck.

Well, I've certainly seen much worse BM dresses!!!

I guess I am annoyed because the bride started off by saying that we should choose our own dresses and she wanted us to wear things that we might wear again for another event. Then she found this dress and decided we HAD to have it and almost $200 later, I have to wear it for this wedding and will never wear it after.

Two out of three of my bridesmaids wore the dress or are wearing the dress from my wedding again. Why couldn't I get that favor?

brides!

Now I know why bridemaids were smiling and happy in their pics. Not my fault if I am not smiling and happy in this dress.

I don't think it's that bad. I can never get my bobbs in empire waisted tops & dresses, though.

With the tea-length, she probably thinks you can wear it again. have it taken in at the waist to it is more fitted, without totally loosingthe shape of the dress.

I tried to have my bridesmaids pick, but it was taking so long, I found something I loved & say 'this is it' , so I can understand where she is coming from.

I like it a lot, but it definitely wouldn't suit everyone, depending on their body type. Sage would be pretty,

No, surprisingly, my two of my bridesmaids fell in love with a dress and the third one went along with it. My Jr. BM wore the same but she lives in another country so she never came with us to look, but she was just so excited to be wearing a fancy dress.

In honesty, I didn't really like the dress that the two girls picked but I saw how much they loved it and knew that they would be happy and pleasant and would smile in the pics because they felt good about themselves.

Couldn't find a good pic of my girls on my computer (I think I saved them all on my parents computer since we lived there for a month after the wedding AND they have a scanner)

Here is a pretty close pic of my girls.

It's a pretty dress for the right body type.

I would like horrible in that dress.
