Thoughts on this wedding favor...

Umbrellas. I'm getting married in April, so I'm thinking April showers bring May flowers. I wouldn't write our names or anything on the actual umbrella, just on the tag with a cute saying like:

'Whether the days ahead bring sunshine or rain...may the happiness shared today always remain'

Is it wedding favorish? I wanted something different that people would actually use. Who doesn't need an umbrella?

We're also doing a donation to The American Cancer Society.

Honest opinions please! My FH isn't sold on it.

I think its an adorable idea!! I think favors people will actually use are always best. Otherwise, they end up in the garbage so it's money being thrown away. Awesome idea!

i think this idea is SO cute. I'm getting married the day after you so it definitely piqued my interest! I am looking for an inexpensive, practical gift as well.
