I personally think he is guilty but based on everything I think he might get off just a gut feeling

I have followed this trial closely and in my heart and soul I feel he is guilty 100%. However you can't ignore the fact that the evidence is circumstantial...based solely on the law, there is some 'doubt' so I predict he'll walk.

I think he did it but I'm concerned that the jury will either let him off or will be hung. They are taking a long time with this verdict and really examining things.

I don't know what I'd do if I were on the jury. I think I may be the holdout who wants to convict.

It kills me to say this but I think he'll walk. While I 195% believe he did it, I don't think the prosecution proved this and, given what I know about the case, etc, I don't think I could convict him on that jury even though I'm positive he did it. Sucks ![]()

But I don't understand how he could get off. I don't know all of the facts, but I do know he tried to flee to Mexico, caught with dyed blond hair, with a lot of money on him. How can that be an act of an innocent man? Not to mention his alibi seems like complete BS.

All of that is true and is what likely makes the rest of us believe he is guilty. However, the law is pretty strict on the point that the prosecution must prove the he was there and committed the physical act of murder (for what they're charging him) to be found guilty.
