Throwing things after the ceremony

For whatever you are having people throw after the ceremony or if you are having people blow bubbles.... how many people are you accomodating for?
I am doing the pop out streamers, but I dont know how many I should buy? Its a Friday afternoon, so I dont *think* that I am going to have a huge turnout at the church. I would hate to not have enough, or have way too many!!

i bought 3 boxes of 24 bubbles for a friday afternoon wedding and i thought it was more than enough. i believe we were short

i'm not getting married at a church, but i need to know how many petal cones to get for my ceremony at the RH.

I need to re-phrase my question, because I completely forgot that some RH's actually do let you throw stuff!! Mine told me no when we were planning on getting married there.

melissa my ceremony is friday at 5pm too

we invited 237 people and i got 80 bubbles

i doubt more than 80 people are gonna come to my ceremony

I am at 3pm on a Friday, with 225 invited and ordered 70 streamers. Pretty close!!

Even if more people came, its not like everyone would take one anyway.

surprisingly, people took them and more ppl came to the church than we expected. up to you though... i'd order 100 if i were you

Me too. I bought 100 bubble wands (I have 170 for the RH and not sure how many ppl will show up to the church on a Friday at 5 but figured 100 should be good enough)

Even though I think I'm going to have a pretty big crowd at the church, I'm doing 150 petal packets (around 240 invited). I figure that whoever wants to throw them will take one, and if we run out we run out. That will just have to be enough. I wouldn't stress it too much.

I would just see how many of those pop out streamers come in a package and stick to that. Don't go crazy....personally I would just buy a decent number that will get the effect your are looking for, and that's it. I know I would rather run a few short than have 100 left over!

Thanks girls! I think I might order one of two more boxes just to play it safe. I ordered them from Party City, and I also just remembered that my cousin works there and gets a nice discount! I think I'll have her pick me up a few more

I thin kwe have 100 bubbles to be safe. Not expecting that many on a Friday afternoon either, but I do know some of my students are coming with their families soooo better be safe than sorry!
