Going to the gym. 30 Min cardio, 15 min abs then either upper or lower body.
I haven't been to the gym in a month so i'm gonna go crazy tonight lol.

yeah, the building i have classes in has bed bugs. The teacher told us yesterday that it was just isolated on the 1st floor but 'after further investiagtion' It's now on 4 floors so the entire building is closed.
