**Thursday's QOTD**

Good Morning everyone!!!

Here is today's QOTD:

Are you planning on spoiling yourself for your wedding?
Are you planning on buying yourself expensive DOJ, designer shoes and expensive lingerie or will you be sticking to your budget?

I will defnitely be spoiling myself for my wedding, however, I won't be going overboard.

I will only get to be a bride once and this is the day I dreamed about since I was a litle girl. But I do not want to go into debt for it.

My parents brought my dress and veils for me- I stuck to the budget ethy gave and and in love with everyhint.

I brought custom made Thomas Knoell earring (which is my DOJ splurge- everything else will be borrowed).

As for my shoes- I didn;t purchase expensive designer ones, because i will probably take the off after we are introduced.

The main thing I am doing to spoil myself is a spa day right before the wedding - I think i will definitely be needing it!

I plan on sticking to my budget, but on the other hand I really, really, really, really want a pair of manolos in gold. you know the open toe ones? ahhhh!

For DOJ, not really. I know me, and I would probably have no where to wear it after the wedding so I really don't want to spend much on it.

Lingerie - I am going to get some nice things because I am doing a B-Pics shoot early next year to make an album for FH so I will need stuff for that - plus it doubles as HM attire!

Shoes - my mom actually purchased my shoes and with the discount I got they came out to $110 - they are Nina's.

I don't really think I am. I have to wear flats so my shoes are going to be pretty simple.

As for jewlery that might be an area I spend a little bit of cash on but like Jessie said, I want to be able to wear it again so I won't go too overboard.

I'm trying to stay within reason b/c even though I am only a bride once - I am only going to wear some of the stuff once.

I'm very spoiled to be honest lol My mom bought my dress for me and my MOH wants to buy my DOJ. I don't plan on getting expensive shoes though and I'm getting my hair/make-up done at a local salon that isn't too pricey but does great work!

I am planning on spoiling myself with a spa treatment package (massage, mani/pedi) and my FH said he's going to be the one to spoil me with jewelry so yay!

Re: **Thursday's QOTD**

I am not spoiling myself. Not to stick to the budget, but for me it seems useless. I'm not a fancy shoe person, I have to wear close toed flats to work everyday (i work in a lab) so fancy shoes would be worn once for 5 hours and probably never worn again. Same for jewelery, I don't wear any to work since we work with nasty chemicals, so anything nice I would probably not wear much except to other weddings, which are few and far between since I'm the last of my friends and family to get married. Lingerie I might buy a few new things since my current reportoire consists of shorts and t-shirts. So maybe a few fun things for FH

I never spoil myself really. I'm wearing custom designed converse which are $65. I'll buy pretty DOJ but nothing insane.

I'm a pretty smart shopper so I can't think of why I wouldn't be able to get a good price on things I love by shopping around...I will def be doing my research

But if I absolutely LOVE something and can't find it for cheaper, I plan on splurging.

my mom bought my dress and everything that i have to put on under it. along with my veil and tiara.
i have to buy my own shoes and jewelry and i don't think i'm going to be going crazy on either since i will never wear them again

I'm only planning on spoiling myself with a massage mani/pedi before.

For dress, lingerie, and DOJ, definitely sticking to the budget!

once we are closer to the date

if we are close to the budget- I may splurge on a few things

ie - hair extensions- full body massage- and rent a hotel room for my girls and I to get ready in.

just depends

Re: **Thursday's QOTD**

Nope sticking to budget.

DOJ - borrowed from family
Shoes - would like to keep it under $100 (even though I would love designer shoes!)
lingerie - we'll see what I get at the shower, if anything. I may purchase something myself.

I am getting my nails done and hair extensions, so that is a little bit of a splurge.
