Is anyone else like me and just joined this chat without reading the chat lingo? I really thought that alot of TIA's got engaged! i'm certainly not the brightest this week.

It's okay, when I first joined I was shocked when people talked about STD's. It's such personal information, why would the even post it online.

took me a while too and even though I now know what it means...it still gets me sometimes..and I'm like ewwww...oh yea

Same here. I guess at most of them. Like DH- just assume it's dear husband. Too lazy to go and click on the lingo.

ha! i had the same thought. heck, i still don't know what HTH means. been trying to figure it out for weeks

ETA: i just checked out the link w/ all the acronym translations. does anyone think it's funny that (a) bowel movement is listed as one of the meanings for BM and (b) 'bowel movement' is the ONLY thing on the whole list that has those little green lines for the search hyperlink?
