I want one that really sparkles, but I don''t want to spend 500.00 for it.
The ones I have seen were like 50.00 and plastic--yuk!
What is an average price for a nice looking one? Can I get one for under 100.00????

Mine is silver and is very nice and sparkly. I spent LESS than $100 at Barron's in Tri County.

I got mine from my bridal salon. It matched perfectly to my dress. It was about 150.
There is a place in the Smithhaven Mall that has a lot of crystal pieces (headpieces/barrets/combs/etc.) and they all looked very nice. I think it is called Epathare.
I went to the Bridal Center on Broadway, they have a lot to choose from and I didn't spend that much.

There's a pic in my albums. I bought it at Bridal Reflections. I am not sure of the exact amount, the price was tacked on with my dress but I think it was around $175.

If you are willing to travel to BKLYN, Bridal Styles on Ave U is AWESOME!
Prices are pretty reasonable for most stuff I think, since these headpieces are pricey. All of the tiara or headpieces come with veils, too. I'm not getting a tiara, but like a side comb thingy, they have a lot of those too.

Heres a pic of mine I'm not if its sparkly enough for you but my Godmother got it for in the City around 38th street btwn 8th and 5th ave. There are a lot of shops that sell tiaras and gloves and stuff like that in that area. I think she paid about 50 for it.

Try Barrons, or the Bridal District in Manhattan, 6-7th Ave and 36-37th Street Tons of stores that sell Bridal accessories.

Barron's at Tri County has a large selection and very reasonable prices.
