Tiara polishing....

I asked this a million years ago...and didnt save the thread and can't find it now.

I am wearing my sister's sterling silver tiara with swarvorski (sp?) crystals. She wore it three years ago and it could do with a polishing.

Where should I go? Jeweler? Bridal Center? Just buy a kit and do it myself? HELP.
