I bought my tiara on ebay, and it has combs on the end. I told my hairdresser this, and he said 'I don't like those combs. Have loops attached to the inside'
How do I go about doing this?

I think the loops go along the inside edge so he can pin it to my hair without using the combs.
He said elastic loops.
