Tic Tac Label

Does anyone have a template or directions on how to make this?

We didn't have a template. We just typed it out in word and tried to wrap it around the tic tacs, making changes until we had it right. We decided to put the poem on one side, then our names and wedding date on one of the tiny sides. We didn't want to cover the 'nutritional' info on the back because that would've been face down on the table anyway.

Then we printed an entire sheet of the perfectly fit template and brought it to Kinkos. It was much cheaper for them to print out the amount we needed instead of us buying an entire box of labels.
