Does anyone have the layout.format for printing out the labels for tic tacs? I want to make them but i have no idea how to do the label. THANKS

i've used these full size ones:
http://www.staples.com/office/supplies/p1_Avery-White-Copier-Labels_12719_Business_Supplies_10051_SEARCH

and then with a paper cutter cut them to size
