Tie

saw a tie in the fall 2003 town and country magazine, but there was no info on the designer. it is a powder blue and white thick strpied tie. i have scoured the internet, w/ no luck.

any pics, ideas? i know the pic is on the internet somewhere, have to find it to post.

the tie looks like this, except the stripes are powder blue and white (ivory)
