for girls who ordered ties for the GM where did you order them from and were they regular ties or tuxedo ties?? TIA

Are the guys wearing suits or tuxedos?
If suits, they can really wear any kind of long tie, though there are certain styles that are used as 'wedding ties.'
If they are wearing tuxes, they should wear black, self-tie bow ties in material that matches the facing of the lapel.
I can probably dig up some links for you in either category if you are interested.

the guys are wearing tuxes with ties no bow ties, and I would like them to be cobalt blue with some sort of pattern

Well, then it's not really a tux.
I might suggest you have them all wear charcoal suits. Or at the most a black suit, with a tie color that is more muted, like a pale blue (see the blue version of the Ede & Ravenscroft tie i linked below).
