Timber Point Showcase

Anyone going to the Timber Point Showcase next month? It's my venue and it will be the first showcase I'm going to, I'm a little nervous!

I went to the last showcase. There were a lot of people as I expected. They passed food and had the coctail area set up. The vendors were there mostly setting up appointments. It was nice to see everything set up as we chose the venue before they put the new flooring in.

ngentile would you mind telling me what they quoted you per person for your wedding? Also what day of the week did you book? Did they throw anything in for cocktail hour, desert for no extra cost?

I have the 2014 price sheet...in season (may-oct) friday anytime is 87pp, saturday day is 75pp, saturday eve is 99 pp, sunday is 89 pp and sunday holidays are more.
Because we are getting married on the 4th of July we are paying 79 pp and a lower guarantee. He didn't throw things in but he bundled a couple of extras we wanted at a lower price, so we are getting a special cocktail station, the Viennese table and uplighting for 13.50 pp and the listed price for the station and table alone are 19.00. Oh and he is throwing in hospitality champagne when the guests first arrive. I feel like they were definitely open to negotiation. I wish I had pushed them harder.
