Time for my goodbye!
Wow. Wow wow wow.
I stumbled upon this site back when I first got engaged in April 2008 when we were looking for RHs. I didn't stumble upon the forums until much later, so I sort of joined the mix a little late and as a result missed a lot of the 'bonding time' you girls had in 2008. Even still, you all have made me feel so very welcome. In LIW, I have found a haven to share my ideas, thoughts, frustrations and joys. I have found women who are very similar to me and women I would never find myself befriending 'in real life,' but whose opinions and words I value all the same.
Thank you all, ladies, from the very bottom of my cold black heart, for accepting me, for being my friend, and for helping me plan the most momentous occasion of my life. I have so enjoyed being here with you over the past year, and watching you get married (or prepare to get married). How lucky we are, thanks to a great idea thought of and maintained by Ron, Liz and Kim, to have this community. We are so fortunate and grateful to you!
Thank you girls. I'll try to check back in over the weekend before we leave for the HM Sunday night.
