Time frame...

FI and I are planing on taking pics b4 the ceremony. THe location where we would like to take the pictures only has 2;30-4:30 and then 5:00-6:30. The ceremony starts at 7pm. The location of the pics is in westbury and the ceremony is in Roslyn.

What time frame do i suggest??

I would lean toward the later time, but I would ask the photographer to make sure. Also keep in mind that if you use the earlier time and have limos, you might be paying OT charges.

while i agree you might incur extra charges with the limos--i'd probably do the earlier time--only because you just never know what might happen. what if there's all kinds of traffic? also, do you really want to feel rushed making sure you're done and absolutely out of there with enough time to get to your ceremony?

I would pick the later time, but you guys are going to have to be on a STRICT schedule. Try to schedule a conference call with the photographer and limo company. They're less likely to step on each other's toes if they're on the same page

I would pick the earlier time, b/c I felt so rushed during my photos and really wish we had more time.

I'm an early bird also, so I agree for the earlier time. The later time only gives you half an hour to play with, I wouldn't risk it

DEFINITELY the earlier time slot!! if you're taking pics until 1/2 hour before your ceremony, you will feel rushed. and believe me, you do NOT want that on your wedding day!

i would go with the earlier time... rather than rush and worry...
