time off

When starting a new job or the job hunting process when would you tell them that you will need off 2 weeks in 7 months because your getting married and a few days in March to go home for your shower. I live out of state.

I would think you should mention it immediately just say they have the idea in their head and then remind them a few months before the wedding.

im looking for new jobs...so I was curious also..i would say to definately let them know if your hired (right away)..its not necessary at just the interview!

I think it's only right to mention it.

I'd mention it after you get the job.

I would mention it right away, so you know and they know and there won't be any problems or surprises. Good luck!

Mention it after you get the job---I had that I started in Oct and I needed off in March--their busy time--but I got the offer letter and signed and sent it back and then called them and mentioned it and they were fine with it.
