I am trying to book my hair and makeup appointments. My wedding is at 5:30, but we will be taking pics starting at 3:30. I do not want to sit around waiting all done up, so what time do you think I should make the appointments? Does hair go first, or makeup?

I actually tracked the amount of time it took to do my hair and makeup when I had my trial. That way I knew when they should start. I would ask your hairdresser and makeup artist for their advice too! I am doing my hair first and then my makeup since my hair is taking the most time.

I agree with Marcella...My ceremony is at 7:30pm and my photographer is coming at 4. I have a hair appt at 12:30 and I will have my makeup done after that at my house. I definitely think hair before makeup!!
