Timeline Help!

If the photographer is coming at 3:30, what time are the hair and makeup people supposed to arrive? What time should the family/bridal party arrive? I have no idea

Re: Timeline Help!

It all depends on how many people your hair & makeup girl needs to do. Also, is she coming with any help? or is it just 1 girl doing the work? Usually the artists know this kind of stuff I would ask her what she thinks is good and take it from there!

*ETA* I'm having my girls arrive as late as possible, the limo is coming to pick us up @ 1:45 I'm going to tell my girls to be at my house @ 12:45 all dressed and ready to go.

The hair and makeup girls are coming solo. They will both do my hair and makeup and then my mom and three other girls...

Re: Timeline Help!

I guess you will have to decide what time you need to arrive at your ceremony and work your time line backwards.

How long does it take to get to your ceremony location considering w/traffic and late arrival of your vendors, are you taking pics before you leave with your girls, mom, flowers etc? Photogs will need at least an hour for that.

Talk to your hair and make-up people and see how much time they plan on devoting to YOU everyone else will just have to get in where they can fit in. Do your hair first, then make up. Have everyone arrive at a certain time like 10 or 11 a.m.

Thank you! I am actually getting ready at the hotel at the Fox Hollow so I will just have to walk over. The ceremony is at 8pm...pictures will be done before the ceremony.

Okay

You have time, you may even have time for a nice soaking bath in the morning to relax your muscles and nerves

Re: Timeline Help!

well do you want the photographer to take pictures of you getting ready the entire time? for half of the time? or once you are already made-up and ready? if the photographer is getting there 3:30 and you want them to photograph all of the hair and makeup being done, they should come at 3:30... if you only want some photos of hair and makeup they can come at 2:00/2:30/3:00 depending on how long they believe it will take... and if you don't want pictures of hair and makeup then early enough for them to finish by 3:30.
