What time should the invites say the guest should arrive if the ceremony begins at 12:30.

Your ceremony is at the hall? I would put 12 if the hall will provide champagne or something for people to drink while the wait

The ceremony and the reception are being held in the same place (swan club). I haven't confirmed yet if they do provide champagne but am hoping they do for those who are on time.
