Timing???

Timing???

So...I really haven't thought about this yet, but on my makeup contract she wants a starting and ending time for her services. I have NO idea what to put!!! We have to be at OFC for 2pm so that we can start the pre-ceremony ceremony (the bedeken, for all you jewish ladies).

I want at least 3 hours beforehand for pictures (I'm a photo freak and I want to be able to get everything done before the CH). We are getting ready at Danford's which is ~10 min drive from OFC. We'd take some pictures there, then head to a beach just down the road from OFC for some pics, then up to OFC for some pics. I figured we should try to aim to be done with pictures by 1:30...that way we have time in case things run over. That would mean to get my 3 hours in we have to start with pictures at 10:30am.

That being said...WHEN THE HECK DO I START GETTING READY??? 2 BMs will be getting hair/makeup done, I will be getting my hair/makeup done and my mom and grandma will be getting their makeup done. Anyone have any advice?? I am so clueless when it comes to this...

Sorry this got so long haha

I don't think this would help much but I'm having 10 or 11 people getting hair and makeup done - our start time is 9 am, photographer comes at 1, ceremony is at 3 (we're going to another location after the ceremony for pictures). I'm budgeting about 30 - 45 minutes per person for each hair and makeup.

my makeup person said she'll spend about 45 minutes on my makeup, and about half hour for each other person.

i have no idea about hair, but i'm assuming about the same.

ultimatly though, i'd ask your makeup person when she thinks you should start in order to finish by 10:30am ... same for your hair person ... and then maybe subtract half hour to be safe

hmmmmmmm

shouldnt they be anwering this for you?!?!?

how are you supposed to know how long each person will take? you're not the make-up/hair artist.

tell them how many people, what services, and what time you need to be out the door.

then again......what the hell do i know. lol
