Timing for Appointments/Where to meet

So, I am FINALLY getting all the last minute details together for my trip to NY. I need to try to meet with as many vendors as possible each day becausewe won´t be in NY that many days and this is the only time I´ll be there before the wedding so I have to have EVERYTHING done!!

The suggestion was given to have vendors come to my house to save time not having to drive around everywhere. I also don´t want all of the vendors running into each other so I wanted to set up the times with reasonable time in between. How long did you guys take with each vendor? Esp photo & video? I was also thinking maybe alternating type of vendor in case they did accidentally overlap. For instance first a video then a photo, etc.

Also, do you suggest doing so with DJs as well. I was thinking for DJs it may be better to go to them because then we can se their equipment.

Last question, is there anything I should tell the vendors to bring other than examples of their work?

that idea sounds good but im not sure they do that? I had to go meet all of my vendors at their work places/offices...

Since my budget is so tight some of my vendors are freelancers also some of the more experienced ones I talked to were willing to do it. One that usually doesn´t happens to be redoing his studio. He said it my be redone by then but he´ll come meet me if I really want!

I just don´t know how long it would take?
