Tip $$$

I'm preparing tip envelopes for vendors this week and I want to be sure that I'm tipping the right people the correct amount.

Does anybody have a rule/ scale / guide or advice about how much to tip each vendor???

HERE is a thread I saved for that very reason...

Here is what hall recommended (here it what I gave)

Maitre D - 3 -5 pp (a little over 4 pp)
Bridal Attendant - 50 -100 (100)

Here is what I gave for my other vendors

DJ - 50
Photographer - 100
Limo - They left before my parents made it to the hall with the envelope . . . oops There was already a 20% tip included anyways.
Hair/Makeup - 75
Florist Delivery Person - 10
