do you mean the maitre d?? we have to tip him at my hall but font have to tip the banquet manager.

my RH is giving a 'suggested tip list'. You don't have to follow it, but it can give you an idea. Ask your RH if they have one.

We didn't tip the Banquet Manager and I don't think anyone does. They make commission off you booking the hall. You tip the MD and Bridal Attendants. Even though it is 'Tax and Graduity' added to your bill, that usually goes towards the rest of the wait staff to pay their salaries. At least that's what JT said when we asked them and my sister worked for the Inn at NHP and they did the same thing.
