I decided to rationalize in my head keeping my makeup girl all day.. she is $800 and that includes the cost of everyone she does.. and she is coming over at like 9 in the am and leaving at 8:30 in the evening..
Should I give her a tip on top of this? I mean its a lot of money and going straight into her pocket.

I have a similar thing with my hair lady, like 800 dollars for me and 5 girls. I do not plan to tip her additionally. Its cash and its her business. Etiquette wise, you do not have to tip the business owner. If she has assistants, I would tip them.
