Tip question

I'm going to the bank today and I wanted to put my envelopes in order and I was wondering if my thoughts on who and what to tip were actually on the money (pardon the pun!)

Here is what I've found out so far for recommended tips:

The matre d at the hall should get about $3 for every guest at the reception. The bridal attendent should get $50. The tips for the wait staff are usually added to the catering bill (about 17-18%). The DJ and MC, or each member of the band, should get about $50 a piece. The limo driver should get 20%, unless it's already included in the limo contract price. If you are having a Catholic ceremony each Altar boy should get $40-50. Hair stylists and make-up artists get 20%. The photographer, videographer, and florist do not usually get tips.

i gave my
bridal attendants 100 each because they did a great job.

i tipped my maitre d 300 for 140 guests
the dj 100 i was upset with his service he is lucky he got that.
the photographer got 100 and the

videographer got 250 because there were two camera man and someone was there taking digital shots.

i was told that the tip for the alter boy and organist were included in my church fee.

100 dollars to my hair dresser

150 dollars to the limo drivers
