tip question

I have some tipping questions. I always hear that you are not supposed to tip owners of places. We are tipping everyone regardless because FH and I believe if they did a good job and we are very happy, we should tip them! But should we tip them the same as if they were not owners?

Also, delivery people, Im probably not going to even see them. If my DOC does, then Ill give her money to tip them, but what if she doesn't even see them? Do we just not tip?

I figure my DOC will be there when the deliveries are made so she can double check stuff before they leave and there for can give them their tips.
