Tip Questions, again

I have referenced the Tip Thread, but
should I tip the Videographer (who owns his company and will be the one working the wedding) on the day of the event or when I get the finished product?

Also, if the Deacon is handling my ceremony and the priest is performing the Eucharist, do I tip the priest as well? (Side note, the priest never returned our calls over months which led us to change to the Deacon).

if you do tip the videographer, I wouldn't do it until you see the finished video.

from what I have heard, you are not expected to tip the officiants.
