I have a 9 peice band, 1 DJ, photographer and his assitant, and at Maitre D that I am suppose to tip. All the rest is taken care of in the cost of the catering hall. I am feeding all of the vendors, am I still required to tip them? If so, what is a reasonable amount?

I would say yes, you should still tip the DJ, Photographers, band and Maitre'd. The Maitre'd usually gets $2-5 pp I think. The others, I'm not sure... Tipping is a pretty hot topic. Try a search.
